This Menu is an adaptation of an 1894 Holiday Menu from the Columbia Club. It was a buffet presentation with several items now listed on the endangered species list. In an effort to maintain the original theme and intention of the meal we have pulled elements from the original menu and time period as inspiration for this modern version.
Dinner starts at 7 PM with music to follow. Flight of four bubbles, alcohol, tax and gratuity included at the $170.00 price. Space is limited to 60.
